Terms of Service

Linkord (“we”, “us”) is a link-in-bio service at linkord.lol that lets you publish a customizable public profile page. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).
  • Sign-in is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One profile per account. Usernames are first-come, first-served; we may reclaim usernames that are inactive, impersonate others, or violate these terms.

Your content

  • You own what you upload. You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it solely to operate the service (serving your public page, previews, share cards).
  • You are responsible for the links and media you publish and must have the rights to use them.
  • Not allowed: illegal content, malware or phishing links, sexual content involving minors, harassment, impersonation, spam, or content that infringes others’ rights. Outbound links may be scanned (e.g. Google Safe Browsing) and unsafe ones rejected.
  • We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Pro purchases

  • Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
  • Prices are shown at checkout. Because Pro unlocks instantly, payments are generally non-refundable — but if something went wrong (double charge, feature not delivered), email us and we’ll make it right.
  • If a payment is reversed or charged back, the associated upgrade may be revoked.

The service

  • Linkord is provided “as is” without warranties. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
  • We may change or discontinue features; material changes to paid features will be communicated.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings — this permanently erases your profile, analytics, and uploaded media. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
